Toys R Us In Charlotte NC is the worst store I have been to. They will take your money with no problem, but try to do a return with a receipt and a sealed toy in the original box and they have problems with giving your money or a store credit back. Do not waste your time folks and go to walmart instead. Not to mention, TOYs R Us is usually 20 percent more on toys compared with Walmart. So take your money to walmart instead of Toys R Ripping Us Off!!!!!!!!!!
Toys R US Geoffrey made My Son cry!!!!I just stumbled upon this website trying to find out Toys R Us return policy on google and this site popped up. Funny thing is, I have an issue too. I tried to Return a TOYS R US gift that was in TOYS R US BOX, that was sealed and was a duplicate Birthday gift for my three year old that was purchased from Toys R Us and was told since I did not have the receipt, I could not return it. This was for my two three year old. Now, how could I have a receipt if it was a duplicate gift. Do they expect me to ask for one? That is totally embarrassing. Also, if the Gift was from Toys R Us and Sealed and Packaged in a Box that said TOYS R US, how come they can’t give me a store credit for the store so my kid can get something else?? Common sense says it was their product, unopened, never touched and they will not take it back. Well, I have told all my friends never to buy, purchase, order or etc anything at all from TOYS R US. We will never go back to that store and neither will any of my friends or families who live across the nation and used to buy stuff and send it to my kid. Not to mention all my local friends who I invite to his parties. Plus The company I work at has over 20,000 people in it and I will post, tell, and get my message out to everyone. So they don’t end up in my position with this issue again. Shame on TOYS R US and Geoffrey, for making me leave the store with a gift of my sons that he cant even exchange for another toy. Geoffrey made my son cry!!!!!!!!!!
Scott McCorkle Liberty Dodge is a very difficult place to get your car serviced. They give you the run around and make you wait then come all the extra charges. We will not be returning for another purchase nor will my friends family or neighbors and coworkers after all of this.
Lowes Food Store doesn’t have very fresh vegetables. I bought some and they went rotten within a couple of days. Especially their Bananas. Plus their customer service, checkout and courtesy leaves a lot to be desired.
Why is Harris Teeter so expensive? Their food is over priced and isn’t anything special. Anyone have a grocery store that is reasonable to shop at and has decent food? Anyone?

Keefer Car Dealerships are not very consumer friendly.

The Best place to get vegetables around Charlotte is Trader Joes. Always Fresh and very nice color in all the vegetables.

If you live in or near South Carolina, Publix has the best you can get!

Harris teeter is very expensive. Bloom and Food Lion seem to be the most reasonable in the Charlotte area.

Orbitz .com has very low customer service, so be careful if you have to use them.
