I like some of the street art that Charlotte NC has, but after finding out the expense of some of these art structures, like the one on South Boulevard next to the light rail project, it makes me wonder who in City Hall is authorizing these expensive items. The ones on South Blvd look like some cookies. Our schools and roads need some money, how about they make that a FIRST Priority. Charlotte Street art.
